Over the past three years, I have worked as a blog author, site
manager, and editor for Messiah's Cinemablography project, which serves to chart a cinematic map of the 21st century in film in addition to help bridge the gap between academia and popular culture. I have written many blogs over the years for Cinemablography, with topics ranging from current director profiles to behind-the-scenes looks from different films to new techniques and aesthetics being used in the industry today (such as the long shot) I have also written film reviews including Robert Zemeckis' The Walk and Christopher Nolan's latest film Interstellar, among others. I have also contributed to the Science Fiction section of the site, writing a paper on Francis Lawrence's apocalyptic thriller I Am Legend. |
